We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards via PayPal as forms of payment. Customers will be charged as soon as the order is submitted and approved on ladydyimpressions.com
We offer free shipping on all orders within the US. No minimum purchase is required.
Our pieces are shipped in a box within a bubble envelope to ensure that your items arrive undamaged. All orders are fully insured, which means you are protected against lost or stolen items.
Return, Cancellation & refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 calendar days from the date it was received for a full refund minus shipping costs; if applicable. We ask that you fully examine the merchandise when received.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. It must be in the original packaging and all price tags must be attached. There must be no sign that the merchandise had been worn and/or altered. A copy of the receipt and/or proof of purchase should be included with your return.
If there is evidence that the merchandise was worn and/or altered, it will be returned to you and a refund will not be granted.
Exchanges/ Store Credit
We do not offer exchanges or store credits. If you are not satisfied with your original purchase, we ask that you return the unwanted item as outlined in the Return Policy and order a new item.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will send you a return tracking number via email, which should be written on the return package. The package should be shipped to:

Once we receive your package, we will notify you via email that it was received. After inspecting the merchandise, we will immediately notify you via a second email of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund, minus shipping, to your original method of payment (i.e. credit card, debit card, PayPal account) on the date the status email was sent to you. You should receive the credit to your account within a certain amount of days as stipulated by your credit/debit card and/or PayPal policies.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item(s). This shipping cost is nonrefundable.
We will pay the return shipping costs if,
1) you received an incorrect item or
2) you received a defective item
Shipping & Insurance
Once you receive your RMA number, ship the item to the address received in your email. For your protection, we recommend shipping returns insured using FedEx, UPS, USPS Express or Priority Mail. For security purposes, do not write the contents of the package on the outside of the box. Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions outlined in the return policy.
